To secure the best result for your project we have created a simple process that helps us start moving into right direction.

1. Initial Contact & Introductions

In any business, as well as in life, it is important to know who you work with. This can be best done by a short email and following phone call.

2. Quote

Request for quote is the first step where the details of the project are described in writing. At this point a sample product and/or detailed drawings are delivered to China by the client.

3. Q&A Session

It is common in China that there will be questions. This phase is important as it helps manufacturers to solve many production related questions.

4. PO & Project Launch

The project is confirmed. The down payment of 30% is typically required to start the project. The next step is to make a factory sample before launching the mass production.

5. Invoicing

All the invoices shall be paid in full before the shipping of the cargo.

6. Shipping

We quote usually on FOB China basis and arrange the cargo on board. From that point on client is liable for any charges, duties and taxes imposed at the destination port.
