A RFQ was published by the client in the US. Our local partner and distributor asked us to give a quote for the requested this large manufacturing project.

Solution

We received the RFQ and requested that a sample unit to be shipped to us in China. Using said sample we worked with our Chinese resources and gave a quote after completion of the bidding contest in China.

Results

Our partner won the job for us. They managed to make planned profit while selling the units to the client at 20% lower prices than competition. We produced the bulk of the project and shipped units to the US for final processing. Our partner collated, finalized, repacked and shipped the final product to the client.
